The business information management Process Scan results in an expert opinion about the way the different business information management processes (operational, tactical and strategic level) are performed. The strengths and weaknesses and the desired improvements needed are determined. This assessment is based on interviews. The interviews are held with employees that perform tasks in the field of business information management, their managers and their customers and suppliers ( end users and the IT department).
